Working Principle

The BX-C reducer is divided into two stages of reduction. The first stage is an involute planetary gear reduction mechanism; the second stage is a cycloid pinwheel reduction mechanism.

  The temperature around the reducer and the ambient temperature should be kept within the range shown in the right figure to prevent condensation.
  Under normal use of the reducer, the standard replacement time is 20,000 hours according to the aging degree of the lubricant. However, if the reducer is used in an environment above 40°C (as shown in the right figure), please check the aging and contamination of the lubricant and specify the corresponding replacement time.
