Quality Control

 

Incoming Quality Control

To establish the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) for incoming material control, to provide materials for full inspection, sampling, and immunity. Upon the acceptance of qualified products, they are sent to warehousing. Substandard goods are returned, checked, reworked, and re-inspected. It is the responsibility of this process to track defects and ensure the supplier takes corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

Process Quality Control

This takes place at the manufacturing site during the first examination, inspection, and final inspection. Sampling is done according to the requirements of some projects, and the quality change trend is assessed. If any abnormal phenomena are detected in manufacturing, the production department is supervised to improve and eliminate these issues or states.

OQC (Outgoing QC)

After the product sample inspection confirms its qualification, the product is allowed to be stored. However, before the finished product leaves the warehouse for formal delivery, a shipment inspection is conducted. The inspection confirms the product’s storage and transfer status and ensures that only qualified products are delivered.

FQC (Final QC)

After the manufacturing department completes the product, the final product quality is verified from the customer's perspective to ensure it meets customer expectations and requirements.
