Product Description

Working Principle
SHPR-E series reducer adopts "planetary gear + cycloidal pinwheel" two-stage reduction structure, combining the high transmission efficiency of planetary gears and the high rigidity of cycloidal pinwheel. The specific working process is as follows:
- First stage reduction (planetary gear)
The servo motor input shaft drives the planetary gear mechanism, and the first stage reduction is achieved through the meshing of the sun gear, planetary gear and outer ring gear (usually the reduction ratio is 3~10:1).
- Second stage reduction (cycloidal pinwheel)
The output shaft of the planetary gear drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, driving the cycloidal wheel to mesh with the pin teeth on the pin gear housing, and converting the eccentric motion of the cycloidal wheel into rotational motion to achieve the second stage large reduction ratio (the total reduction ratio can reach 30~200:1).
- Output transmission
The rotation of the cycloidal wheel is transmitted to the output flange through the crankshaft bearing, and finally outputs high torque and low speed motion.
