Mainly used in Leaderdrive Harmonic Drive, RV reducers, and planetary reducers. In the industry of deburring the shell of electric motors and cylinders, currently the mainstream fully automatic six axis deburring machine is simple to operate and has few actions. The application of harmonic reducers in the automatic tool replacement structure of rotating structures has achieved high precision, ultra-high load-bearing torque, small size and light weight, long working life, and ultra stable low-frequency output. Perfectly applied on polishing and deburring equipment with limited design space, and achieved mass production and integration.

Leaderdrive Harmonic Drive is mainly composed of three basic components, namely the wave generator, flexible wheel, and rigid wheel.

Wave generator: composed of flexible bearings and elliptical cam. The wave generator is usually installed at the input end of the reducer, and the inner ring of the flexible bearing is fixed on the cam. The outer ring is elastically deformed into an ellipse through ball bearings.

Flexible wheel: A flexible thin-walled elastic component with an external gear ring, typically installed at the output end of a reducer.

Rigid wheel: A rigid circular component with an internal gear ring, usually two more teeth than a flexible wheel, and is usually fixed on the reducer body.
