ITC Linear Modules Structural design
1,Fully sealed structure: The all-tight design can effectively prevent dust, debris and other foreign bodies from entering the module, protect the internal transmission parts and guide rails, and extend the service life of the module, suitable for occasions with high environmental cleanliness requirements, such as electronic semiconductor manufacturing workshops, dust-free laboratories, etc.
2,Aluminum alloy material: Usually use high-strength aluminum alloy as the main material, with light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and other advantages, while ensuring the rigidity of the module, reduce the overall weight, easy installation and handling, but also conducive to reducing the energy consumption of equipment.
3,Synchronous belt drive system: the module adopts a synchronous belt as a transmission component, and drives the slider to move in a straight line on the guide rail through the rotation of the synchronous belt wheel. The synchronous belt has the characteristics of high transmission accuracy, fast speed, low noise, smooth transmission, etc., which can meet the needs of high-speed and high-precision linear movement.
4,Linear guide guide: Equipped with high-precision linear guide to provide accurate guidance for the slider, to ensure the straightness and stability of the slider in the process of movement. Linear guide has the advantages of small friction coefficient, large bearing capacity and long life, which can make the module maintain good motion performance at high speed.
Belt driven linear actuators are play the role points of the electromechanical world, it can offering longer stroke lengths and faster speed capabilities than screw driven designs, with less inertia and better resistance to contamination than rack and pinion drives. And although linear motors boast better positioning accuracy than belts, the price-performance ratio of a belt driven actuator is difficult to beat.
